Every morning, they ate breakfast together.
Their cottage was neat and clean.
They had everything they needed.
They loved their life in the forest.
2. Porridge for Breakfast 🥣
One morning, Mama Bear made porridge.
She made it in three different bowls.
She served it at the table.
Papa Bear had a great big bowl.
Mama Bear had a medium-sized bowl.
Baby Bear had a tiny little bowl.
"Oh dear!" said Mama Bear.
"The porridge is too hot to eat!
We should go for a walk while it cools down."
The three bears agreed.
They all went outside for a walk.
They left the door unlocked.
3. Goldilocks Appears 👧
While the bears were gone, a little girl came by.
Her name was Goldilocks.
She had beautiful golden hair!
She was walking through the forest.

Then she smelled something delicious.
"Mmm! Porridge!" she said.
Her tummy rumbled with hunger.
She saw three bowls on the table.
A great big bowl.
A medium-sized bowl.
A tiny little bowl.
"I'm so hungry!" said Goldilocks.
"Surely they won't mind if I taste it!"
First, she tasted the porridge from the great big bowl.
"Ouch!" she cried.
"This porridge is too hot!"
She put the spoon down quickly.
Next, she tasted the porridge from the medium-sized bowl.
"Brrr!" she shivered.
"This porridge is too cold!"
She didn't like that one either.
Finally, she tasted the porridge from the tiny little bowl.
"Mmm!" she smiled.
"This porridge is just right!"
She ate it all up!
Every last drop!
5. The Three Chairs 🪑
After eating, Goldilocks felt tired.
She wanted to sit down.
She saw three chairs near the fireplace.
A great big chair.
A medium-sized chair.
A tiny little chair.
First, she sat in the great big chair.
"Oh my!" she said.
"This chair is too hard!"
It was not comfortable at all!
Next, she sat in the medium-sized chair.
"Oh dear!" she said.
"This chair is too soft!"
She sank way down into the cushions!
Finally, she sat in the tiny little chair.
"Ahh!" she sighed.
"This chair is just right!"
She rocked back and forth happily.
But oh no!
CRACK!
The chair broke into pieces!
Goldilocks fell to the floor with a THUMP!
"Oops!" she said.
6. Going Upstairs 🪜
Goldilocks got up from the floor.
She felt even more tired now!
"I need to rest," she yawned.
She saw stairs going up.
She climbed the stairs to the bedroom.
In the bedroom, she found three beds.
A great big bed.
A medium-sized bed.
A tiny little bed.
"Perfect!" said Goldilocks.
"I'll take a little nap!"
7. The Three Beds 🛏️
First, Goldilocks tried the great big bed.
She climbed up onto it.
"This bed is too hard!" she complained.
The mattress felt like sleeping on rocks!
She climbed back down.
Next, she tried the medium-sized bed.
She lay down on it.
"This bed is too soft!" she said.
She sank down too far into the bed!
It was like sleeping in a marshmallow!
Finally, she tried the tiny little bed.
She lay down carefully.
"Ahh!" she sighed happily.
"This bed is just right!"
It was perfect and cozy!
Goldilocks pulled up the covers.
She closed her eyes.
Soon she was fast asleep!
She snored softly.

8. The Bears Come Home 🚪
While Goldilocks was sleeping upstairs,
the three bears came home.
They had enjoyed their walk.
Now their porridge should be cool enough!
They opened the door and walked inside.
Papa Bear went to the table first.
He looked at his great big bowl.
"SOMEONE'S BEEN EATING MY PORRIDGE!" he growled in his great big voice.
Mama Bear looked at her medium-sized bowl.
"Someone's been eating my porridge!" she said in her medium-sized voice.
Baby Bear looked at his tiny little bowl.
"Someone's been eating my porridge," he cried in his tiny little voice.
"And they ate it all up!"
He started to cry.
His breakfast was completely gone!
9. Finding More Clues 🔍
The three bears looked around carefully.
Something was very wrong!
Someone had been in their house!
Papa Bear walked to the sitting area.
He looked at his great big chair.
"SOMEONE'S BEEN SITTING IN MY CHAIR!" he growled.
Mama Bear looked at her medium-sized chair.
"Someone's been sitting in my chair!" she said.
Baby Bear looked at his tiny little chair.
"Someone's been sitting in my chair," he cried.
"And they broke it all to pieces!"
His little chair was in bits on the floor!
Baby Bear cried even harder!
"My beautiful chair!" he sobbed.
10. Up the Stairs 👣
The three bears looked at each other.
"Someone might still be here!" said Mama Bear.
"Let's check upstairs!" said Papa Bear.
They climbed the stairs carefully.
Their hearts were beating fast!
They walked into their bedroom.
The beds looked messy!
Papa Bear went to his great big bed.
"SOMEONE'S BEEN SLEEPING IN MY BED!" he growled loudly.
Mama Bear looked at her medium-sized bed.
The covers were all messed up!
"Someone's been sleeping in my bed!" she said.
11. The Big Discovery! 😱
Baby Bear walked to his tiny little bed.
There was a lump under his covers!
He pulled the covers back slowly.
There was Goldilocks, fast asleep!
"Someone's been sleeping in my bed," he cried,
"AND SHE'S STILL HERE!"
All three bears gathered around the bed.
They stared at the sleeping girl.
"Who is she?" whispered Mama Bear.
"What should we do?" asked Papa Bear.
They had never found a person in their house before!
12. Goldilocks Wakes Up! 😨
The three bears leaned closer to look.
Baby Bear's tiny little voice woke Goldilocks up!
Her eyes opened slowly.
At first, she didn't know where she was.
Then she saw three bears looking at her!
"AAAHHHH!" screamed Goldilocks.
She jumped out of bed!
She ran down the stairs as fast as she could!
She ran through the living room!
She ran out the front door!
Goldilocks ran through the forest!
She ran faster than she had ever run before!
Her golden hair flew behind her!
She didn't stop running!
She ran all the way home!
She never went back to that cottage again!
13. Lessons Learned 📚
The three bears stood in their doorway.
They watched Goldilocks run away.
"Well!" said Papa Bear.
"That was very strange!"
"Indeed!" agreed Mama Bear.
"She ate my porridge!" cried Baby Bear.
"She broke my chair!
And she slept in my bed!"
He was very upset!
"There, there," said Mama Bear gently.
"I'll make you more porridge.
And Papa Bear can fix your chair.
Everything will be okay."
She gave Baby Bear a big hug.
"But next time," said Papa Bear,
"we should lock the door when we go out!"
All three bears agreed.
That was a very good idea!
14. Back at Home 🏠
Goldilocks ran into her own house.
She slammed the door behind her!
She was breathing very hard!
"What's wrong?" asked her mother.
"You look like you've seen a ghost!"
Goldilocks told her mother everything.
She told her about the cottage.
She told her about the porridge, the chairs, and the beds.
She told her about the three bears!
"Oh, Goldilocks!" said her mother.
"You should never go into someone's house without permission!
It doesn't matter if the door is unlocked.
That house belonged to the bears!
You ate their food and broke their things!
That was not right!"
Goldilocks felt very ashamed.
Her mother was right!
She had been very naughty!
"I'm sorry, Mother," she said.
"I'll never do that again!"
15. Happy Endings 🌟
From that day on, Goldilocks was more careful.
She never went into anyone's house uninvited.
She always asked permission first.
She became a much better girl!
The three bears fixed Baby Bear's chair.
Mama Bear made fresh porridge.
They put a new lock on their door.
And they lived happily in their cottage.
Sometimes, when Goldilocks walked through the forest,
she saw the bears' cottage from far away.
She remembered what happened that day.
"I was wrong to go inside," she thought.
"But I learned an important lesson!"
And so, the three bears lived happily in their cottage.
And Goldilocks grew up to be respectful of others.
She always remembered the day she met the three bears.
